We are seeking a skilled Key Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Connectel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, project management, and technology.
This role involves collaborating with customers to onboard them successfully onto our platform and solutions. You will provide timely support via various communication channels and manage technical requirements from customers.
Additional responsibilities include mapping customers' processes to our platform, maintaining our help center, and conducting regular development meetings to drive innovation and improvement.
