Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

The primary objective of this role is to manage customer relationships and ensure long-term retention. As a key member of the TN Sweden team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers and increase revenue.

To achieve this, you will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and preferences. You must develop strong relationships with customers and drive successful renewals, ensuring a strong revenue base for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Strategy: Develop and execute a retail strategy for assigned Strategic accounts by building and executing a renewal plan.
  • Monthly Reporting: Provide a monthly report to the manager highlighting high-risk renewal accounts within the region and strategy/ideas to turnaround.
  • Client Training: Ensure appropriate levels of client training and product utilization by working with the Product Training Specialist team and monitoring internal reports.
  • Renewal Lifecycle: Oversee the renewal lifecycle; from pricing, contracting, to invoicing and client support, so customer concerns get addressed correctly throughout the fiscal year.
  • New Sales Support: Support new sales into existing accounts to ensure maximum customer ROI with TN Sweden.
  • Client Understanding: Know your customer including the development of good account understanding, business groups deriving value from our services, understanding the clients' business/industry, competitor solutions they are using, and the client's current and developing needs.
  • Internal Feedback: Serve as a client conduit internally for feedback and competitive intelligence to TN Sweden's Product, Content & Marketing.
  • Revenue Opportunities: Identify opportunities for increased revenue within the set of accounts (up-selling and cross-selling) and work with other members of the sales team to follow through on such opportunities.
  • Client Records: Maintain accurate and appropriate client records within our systems.

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years in customer engagement or sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Swedish or any other Scandinavian languages is preferred.
