Beyond Retail is looking for a talented B2B Customer Retention Manager to join our team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer retention strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer retention plans to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts for deeper engagement and support.
  • Develop strategies to identify and nurture customer advocates, encouraging testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
  • Produce high-quality content along the full customer and user journey to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer engagement activities and email marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and strong English proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure the impact of communications and engagement activities.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong relationship-building skills across teams.
