Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and driving strategies to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value. They will also analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address challenges.
