This is a unique opportunity for a Customer Retention and Growth Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive customer retention and growth. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global loyalty strategy with clear milestones and ROI KPIs.
- Lead a team of 16, including Loyalty Business Experts, Email and Push Specialists, and a CRM team.
- Utilize customer data to drive educated decision-making and understand trends.
- Collaborate with the Future Commerce team to ensure a robust tech foundation.
- Create clear consumer journeys to maximize organic traffic and sales.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in running global loyalty programs and CRM departments.
- Strong digital and technical savvy.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
