About the Role

The Customer Retention Manager will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for customer retention and growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to retain existing customers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
