Key objectives include:
- Design and implement customized customer success plans to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, providing coaching, training, and support to improve utilization.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities, leveraging the value of additional products or services.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales, account management, or a related field.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong sense of empathy, a passion for customer success, and fluency in Swedish and English (Norwegian is highly merited) are essential qualifications.
