About the Role
Pocketlaw is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. As a key member of our growing customer success department, you will be responsible for driving adoption, showcasing the value of our solutions, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive growth and retention
- Take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing engagement and renewal strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts and drive upsells and expansions
- Analyze customer needs and data to proactively recommend solutions and improve their use of Pocketlaw's platform

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Demonstrable success in driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving high NPS scores
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and English
