Job Description

This role involves working collaboratively to ensure our sales partners not only meet but exceed their goals in both sales and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish strategic and tactical objectives for the sales partner to reach or exceed their sales goals.
  2. Develop and maintain a relevant territory plan in accordance with company guidelines for each partner.
  3. Break down strategic goals into operationally measurable sub-goals.
  4. Ensure progress and ownership of set operational goals.
  5. Measure and follow up on operational KPIs such as current sales pipeline, lead-to-deal conversion rate, and average lead time from lead to deal.
  6. Ensure the sales partner has access to relevant training and information channels.
