Customer Success Lead

This role involves working collaboratively to ensure our sales partners not only meet but exceed their goals in both sales and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic and tactical objectives for the sales partner to reach or exceed their sales goals.
- Develop and maintain a relevant territory plan in accordance with company guidelines for each partner.
- Break down strategic goals into operationally measurable sub-goals.
- Ensure progress and ownership of set operational goals.
- Measure and follow up on operational KPIs such as current sales pipeline, lead-to-deal conversion rate, and average lead time from lead to deal.
- Ensure the sales partner has access to relevant training and information channels.
