Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding projects and ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborate with sales teams to expand customer agreements
Requirements
  • Experience working with SaaS B2B companies, preferably
  • Strong understanding of company operations and learning strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
  • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English; additional languages are beneficial
