**About the Role:**

As a Customer Cloud Advocate at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer-centric services to our Enterprise Support customers.

With a focus on cloud operations, you will have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology by crafting and executing strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.

This includes a range of products including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and many more.

You will partner with some of the most iconic businesses in the country, ranging from rising startups to large enterprises undergoing significant transformation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Advise on solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.
  2. Evaluate and ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
  3. Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  4. Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management using your technical acumen and customer obsession.
  5. Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
  6. Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  7. Find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS with a bias for action.
  8. Provide detailed reviews of service events, monthly, and quarterly metrics, and pre-launch planning.
  9. Solve various problems across different customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud.
  10. Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops and brown bag sessions.
