Empowering Customers through Technical Guidance

The Technical Customer Advocate role within our Enterprise Success team is focused on providing expert technical guidance and support to our customers. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for taking ownership of your customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform, being a core member of the UiPath account team, and engaging proactively with your customers to provide embedded technical advisory and guidance on the technical maturity of their automation programs.

You'll need to have a degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell), SaaS and Cloud experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to teamwork are essential. Additionally, fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, and any other Scandinavian languages will be considered a plus.
