As an Account Advocate - AWS, you'll play a key role in driving customer adoption and use of AWS services. With your strong technical acumen and customer-facing skills, you'll be able to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead. You'll work closely with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers to ensure customers gain additional value from AWS services.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of technical issues, from designing and implementing new solutions to troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
