About the Position

We are seeking an Enterprise Client Advocate to join our team at TN Sweden. As an Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for advocating for our clients' needs and interests, building and maintaining strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners to drive business growth.

This role involves engaging in complex business-level discussions with C-level executives, utilizing data and insights to drive decision-making and showcase your entrepreneurial flair.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate across teams to build a winning proposition for the market, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop opportunities for expanding existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for our clients' needs and interests, identifying and managing opportunities for expansion to drive business growth.
  • Build relationships with identified leads and position Wolt as a partner of choice through consultative sales approach.
  • Lead negotiations regarding partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competition and various verticals in the market to stay ahead of the curve, leveraging your analytical skills to optimize results.
  • Act as the partner representative's trusted advisor, developing and growing existing partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the local sales strategy, accelerating market penetration and driving business growth.

Our Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, business development, and negotiation, with experience in SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, and/or last-mile logistic-related sales.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and the local language, with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
