Job Description

As a seasoned professional in commercial leadership, you will take on the role of Enterprise Client Manager for our Nordics region.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, and identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.

Collaborate with the New Sales team to drive new sales and maintain relationships with larger clients to establish Sinch as a trusted advisor.

Manage business operating expenses within allocated budgets and work closely with other Account Directors and leadership teams to achieve strategic goals.

Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, providing feedback to company leadership and other functions.

Represent Sinch at industry events and create a culture of success within the team.

Requirements
  • Experience in commercial leadership and regional market expertise.
  • Strong network and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
