As an Enterprise Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international clients. This role involves balancing technical requests, ongoing tasks, and strategic planning to ensure smooth transitions to business-as-usual (BAU) and timely resolution of client queries.

Your day will involve acting as the main client contact, providing reports, updates, and resolving issues efficiently in collaboration with internal teams. You will also be responsible for building long-term client relationships, conducting regular reviews, driving upselling and growth opportunities.

You will oversee client commercials, ensuring accurate invoicing, alignment with terms, and driving individual performance goals and OKRs. In addition, you will maximize client satisfaction through feedback, process improvements, and tools like NPS while maintaining retention and contract renewals.

  • 1-2 years of experience working in direct client relationship roles like Account Management, Client Management, or Client Success.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and German.
  • Strong interest in technology and business services.
  • Great customer relationship management.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Background in Technology, SaaS – benefits or HR software.
  • Prior experience with systems (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce).
  • Experience in dealing with contracts and contract renewals, proven experience in upsell and commercial discussions.
