Key Position Responsibilities:
  • Account Growth Strategy Development
    • Design tailored account growth strategies to drive revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction across key accounts in EMEA.
    • Establish strong relationships with strategic account stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Client Engagement & Retention
    • Implement client engagement models to deliver deep customer value and success.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, driving cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
    • Promote long-term partnerships and maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive relationship-building.
    • Guide and support retention and growth teams to ensure high performance and client focus.
    • Align with sales, product, and marketing teams to strategize on client requirements, product roadmaps, and feedback loops.
  • Performance Monitoring & Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Track account performance and client success metrics, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and drive results.
    • Regularly report to senior leaders on account health, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Market Trends Analysis & Strategic Insight
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in EMEA to identify growth opportunities.
    • Represent Mentimeter AB at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Contract Renewal Negotiation & Alignment
    • Lead contract renewal negotiations and manage terms aligned with client needs and company objectives.
    • Ensure account strategies are aligned with legal, compliance, and financial considerations.
    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of experience selling to Enterprise clients.
    • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
    • Demonstrated success in driving growth and retention across enterprise-level accounts.
    • Strong knowledge of value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC.
    • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
    • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
