Enterprise Client Success Strategist

At Epidemic Sound, we are expanding our global Enterprise Sales Organization to strengthen mutually successful business relationships with small to midsize enterprise clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are seeking a proactive Associate Customer Success Manager to drive growth through exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans to deliver measurable mutual success and define clear outcomes and deliverables with customers.
- Onboard and nurture new customers by actively increasing product adoption and engagement across the organization.
- Identify and close new business opportunities in the client portfolio to scale Epidemic Sound's business over time using transactional and consultative sales skills.
- Take a holistic approach to discover customer business needs and work with customers to define strategic solutions to meet those needs and solve problems.
- Monitor and analyze usage data, customer engagement, and feedback to identify early warning signs of account churn and develop strategies to retain high-risk accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company ecosystem is utilized to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as the voice of enterprise customers internally at Epidemic Sound to share strategic use cases, process improvements, and customer feedback to improve the experience for our enterprise customers.
