TN Sweden is seeking a Client Growth Strategist to join our team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, with a focus on driving business outcomes and ensuring value realization in high-value named accounts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting on best practices, workflows, and management business reviews to drive widespread adoption of Workiva solutions. They will also be responsible for developing multi-level relationships throughout customer organizations and serving as a trusted advisor to executives and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire customer lifecycle, with a focus on driving business outcomes and ensuring value realization in high-value named accounts.
  2. Consult on best practices, workflows, and management business reviews to drive widespread adoption of Workiva solutions.
  3. Develop multi-level relationships throughout customer organizations and serve as a trusted advisor to executives and key stakeholders.
  4. Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans within high-touch named accounts and take appropriate actions to manage and/or escalate to an efficient resolution.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
  2. Four years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales.
  3. Fluency in both English and Finnish.
