We are looking for a Client Success Strategist to join our team at TN Sweden. As a key member of our Value Engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy forward.

About the Role

The Client Success Strategist will work closely with our most strategic customers to develop and execute plans that drive business transformation and value realization. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful engagements and satisfied customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields, with minimum 10 years of experience. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex global organizations and persuade stakeholders through data and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive value realization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring timely completion, client satisfaction, and meeting usage and adoption targets.
  • Mentor customers on organizational design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase adoption of our platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to embed Celonis into their strategic objectives.
