Role Overview
The Customer Success Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving the realization of customer value through the Enterprise Business Agreement, ensuring both the customer and Autodesk derive optimal benefits.
This strategic position involves owning and driving continuous post-sale account management and program execution to maximize customer value and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include delivering programs of work through specialist teams, typically involving Discovery and Development projects, Learning and support activities, Account Governance, and Value Management, alongside Business reporting.
As a trusted advisor and industry thought leader, the successful candidate will become established through identifying, creating, and promoting compelling insights related to their area of expertise.
Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining close relationships with key management sponsors within a select group of named accounts, collaborating with internal subject matter experts, and coordinating account documentation.
Accountable for post-sale account management together with the Account Manager, this individual will drive account growth strategy with the wider account team members (Sales, Delivery, ISM, PDG).
