As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Mentimeter, you'll be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambition to positively impact over 1 billion people worldwide.

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in customer success management and possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. They should have a proven track record of successfully addressing C-suite executives with a structured and proactive approach to drive continuous dialogue. Strong technical knowledge and a data-driven mindset are also essential for this role.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Relationship Managers to help our customers maximize their investment in Mentimeter by driving customer value, retention, and growth of our Enterprise solution. They will partner with various teams within Mentimeter, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Develop and implement product offerings according to customer needs.
  • Structure your work, prioritize tasks, and coordinate internal resources effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, product, and business development to proactively seek improvement of our Enterprise offering.
  • Share knowledge and learnings with the organization and assist the sales team in high-level discussions with potential customers.
