Enterprise Team Lead Job Description

At Wolt, we are seeking an experienced leader to drive commercial success with our multinational restaurant partners. As an Enterprise Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Enterprise function and collaborating closely with our Account Management team to deliver maximum value and growth to our strategic restaurant partners through our partnership.

You will combine your leadership skills with enterprise sales, analytical performance management, and commercial excellence expertise to help our partners achieve their growth objectives. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the Enterprise team, building strong relationships with key enterprise restaurants merchants, providing support and insights during negotiations, analyzing data to drive commercial and strategic discussions, setting local enterprise strategy to accelerate Wolt's market penetration, and continuously developing the function and tool kit to secure continued growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving commercial success. You will also possess strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, ability to analyze data and insights to drive sales and account performance, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and facilitating growth.
