Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client-oriented teams on performance marketing initiatives, including paid search optimization and marketing mix modeling.
  • Engage with customers regarding digital marketing reporting, analysis, and optimization.
  • Contribute to a variety of projects related to advertising and technology.
  • Develop day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for performance marketing growth.

Requirements
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience working with numbers, datasets, and analysis.
  • Ability to understand and express technical and non-technical concepts with confidence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a convincing storytelling approach.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive, action-oriented attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, computer science, analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience working with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Search Ads 360, or equivalent) and/or web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent).
  • 2+ years of consultancy or agency experience, with confidence interacting with clients.
