About the Role
TN Sweden is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned target accounts leveraging TN Sweden's solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business in existing customers and prospects.
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and understand the value of TN Sweden's solutions to VP and C-level audiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and qualify and forecast deals accurately.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software and service solutions to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of multi-year success consistently exceeding individual quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Proven success positioning and selling solutions that align with customers' strategic objectives.
