What You'll Achieve:- Source and close new business opportunities within your designated territory
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers and champions
- Research customer objectives and deliver value-driven sales cycles
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive deal progression and ensure customer success
- Consistently meet ARR revenue targets through a data-driven approach
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable bookings
- Provide timely insights to corporate functions
- Create ROI reports based on data-driven analysis
- Routine Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) aligned with business success criteria
- 10+ years of closing experience in direct field sales, selling enterprise cloud software to large EMEA companies
- Large Enterprise to Majors segment selling experience is essential
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate highly technical products in a fast-growing environment
- Closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations
- Effective method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory
- Previous experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives
- Knowledge of best-of-breed software and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
- Familiarity with search infrastructure is a plus
- Previous experience working with multiple teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives & Engineers
- This is a remote position; you will be based in the Nordics region and know the EMEA market, including its cultural nuances and business practices.
