Senior Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive new business acquisition in the Data & Cloud space for ESP, a global leader in innovation.
About Our Client
ESP is a market leader in data protection and cloud solutions, providing cutting-edge technology to global enterprises. With a strong presence across the Nordics, we help enterprises secure, recover, and mobilize mission-critical applications.
You'll be supported by a dedicated local technical pre-sales team and a Nordic Channel Manager to maximize your success in the region.
The Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across Sweden's commercial & enterprise segments.
- Engage C-level executives & key decision-makers in strategic conversations around data security, cloud transformation, and risk management.
- Manage complex sales cycles, identify customer pain points, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Capture high-value ($500K+) enterprise deals with a consultative approach, leveraging internal technical teams.
- Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach and revenue growth.
Requirements
- A proven track record in net-new business sales within Data, Cloud, or IT solutions.
- Experience selling into commercial & enterprise customers, managing complex deal cycles.
- Ability to articulate business value and navigate high-level executive conversations.
- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with technical pre-sales & channel teams.
- Passion for closing big-ticket deals in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
