We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive new business acquisition in the Data & Cloud space for ESP, a global leader in innovation.

About ESP

You'll be supported by a dedicated local technical pre-sales team and a Nordic Channel Manager to maximize your success in the region.

The Job Description

  • Drive new business acquisition across Sweden's commercial & enterprise segments.
  • Engage C-level executives & key decision-makers in strategic conversations around data security, cloud transformation, and risk management.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, identify customer pain points, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Capture high-value ($500K+) enterprise deals with a consultative approach, leveraging internal technical teams.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • A hunter mindset with a strong track record in net-new business sales within Data, Cloud, or IT solutions.
  • Experience selling into commercial & enterprise customers, managing complex deal cycles.
  • Proven ability to articulate business value and navigate high-level executive conversations.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with technical pre-sales & channel teams.
  • Passion for closing big-ticket deals in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
