Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales process improvement and effective working relationships with sales operations.
  • Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.

Requirements:

  • Extensive track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C-level.
  • Strong leadership skills, including ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT.
