Regional Sales Strategist

Our team of 900+ experts provides trusted technical solutions to various industries, including mining, food, recycling, packaging, and aggregate.
Headquartered in Erie, Pennsylvania (USA), we design, manufacture, and market our products on six continents through subsidiaries and sales representative networks.
About the Role:The Commercial Lead for Scandinavia will be responsible for establishing and expanding our sales presence in the region.
You will work closely with existing customers, proactively seeking new business opportunities to enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate relationships with key customers across Scandinavia and optimize product offerings.
- Utilize a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions for industries like mining, mineral processing, and more.
- Develop new customer accounts while supporting existing ones.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Align with corporate management to meet regional goals.
- Travel throughout Scandinavia for customer visits and occasional trips to the USA for training and collaboration.
- Represent TN Sweden at industry exhibitions and trade shows across Europe as necessary.
- Proven experience in B2B/Industrial sales within Scandinavia, preferably supplying equipment for mining and minerals industries.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language required, knowledge of multiple languages advantageous.
- Ability to manage and develop major customer accounts effectively.
- Strong prospecting skills and a demonstrated track record of closing sales.
- Adept at independent decision-making and demonstrating initiative.
- Experience in market analysis, sales planning, and managing budgets effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively and participate in training in the USA.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to mentorship.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
