Corporate Sales Strategist Job Summary

Develop and deploy models to drive business growth in retail banking.

  • Leverage your analytical skills to identify and predict customer needs, driving proactive sales and personalized communication.
  • Develop models that drive business growth in retail banking using programming and statistical skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in an analytical team to develop and deploy models, as well as create data-driven initiatives.

  • Perform detailed analyses on large datasets to provide management with actionable insights.
  • Understand how operational processes impact key performance indicators across various business disciplines.
  • Demonstrate process changes that lead to improved outcomes through collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and ambition to make a difference.
  • Fundamental understanding of data science (statistics and machine learning).
  • Interest in corporate retail banking and its challenges.
  • Understanding of product portfolio within a retail bank.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and analytical results effectively.
  • University degree in a technical field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or engineering.
  • Experience with statistical modelling/machine learning, programming, and SQL or Spark.
