Sales Growth Strategist

As a Sales Growth Strategist - Navico Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. You will develop and implement sales plans to maximize sales revenue and share of wallet from new and existing key partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute sales programs and national marketing strategies to promote Navico Group products
* Identify and evaluate potential partners, and develop strong working relationships within new and existing accounts
* Develop and maintain technical awareness of products, competitors' offerings, and market trends
* Provide input to product development teams on product improvements and new opportunities
* Manage sales activities, maintain sales records, and report monthly KPIs to management through the CRM system
* Represent Navico Group at trade fairs and events related to the marine industry
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and/or practical experience in sales management preferred
* Sales experience with technology products is preferred
* Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system experience/understanding required
