Regional Enterprise Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth with our largest customers in the Nordics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership skills in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and their applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a regional team of sales professionals to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing named accounts.
- Manage team performance, develop talent, and provide regular coaching.
- Build strong relationships with customer executives to support the account team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in the enterprise software industry.
- Experience in the digitalization of enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries globally.
- Ability to understand and promote Autodesk technologies to maximize sales results.
