We are looking for an experienced Head of Inhouse Sales to join our team, who will drive growth in our B2C sales channel and contribute to our vision of Rid the Planet of Fossil Fuel.

About the Role

This leadership position requires an individual with experience in managing B2C sales teams, who can optimize sales processes, increase profitability, and drive sales performance.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions.

They will also be an excellent communicator, able to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Manage and coach the inhouse sales team to achieve their objectives

Requirements
  • Experience in managing B2C sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Swedish and good English skills
