Leadership Opportunity:
As a Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results in the Nordics region. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers and partners, leveraging innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and qualify important sales opportunities at the management level.
  • Provide management oversight to sales, solutions engineering, and partner managers within the region to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Communicate corporate strategy to employees within your region.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of international field leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including formal presentation skills.
  • Able to connect the dots between technology and business outcomes.
