Issuer Business Development Senior Manager

We are looking for a senior business development manager to work alongside the broader Mastercard sales and account teams to identify loyalty sales opportunities among financial institutions in Northern European division.

This role involves collaborating with solution architects to sell complex loyalty platforms and programs and supporting markets objectives by tailoring and deploying solutions on a market wide basis when possible.

  • Sell loyalty solutions and services to financial institutions in the Northern European region.
  • Develop persuasive sales narratives, technical solutions, and client loyalty/commercial loyalty models.
  • Provide client and market feedback loop to internal functions on tools and programs.

Requirements

  • Excellent relationship management skills, presentation skills, a good level of financial and technical acumen.
  • Experience in loyalty and loyalty program management is preferred.
  • Consultative sales approach is a must.
