Loyalty Solutions Sales and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic issuer business development professional to lead the integration of loyalty with payments among financial institutions in Northern European division.

This role involves assisting banks in redefining their loyalty strategies to achieve better business results by transitioning to a Mastercard loyalty solution.

  • Sell loyalty solutions and services to financial institutions in the Northern European region.
  • Develop persuasive sales narratives, technical solutions, and client loyalty/commercial loyalty models.
  • Facilitate deal closures through contracting and pricing approvals.

About the Role

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended.
  • You have hands-on experience in Platform / SaaS sales or/ and sales in the financial services industry.
  • You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and in Swedish.
