Role Overview:

The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in driving business outcomes and achieving success for CatalystOne Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers across various industries and company sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively managing a portfolio of customers.
  • Leading strategic stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Developing and executing success plans in collaboration with customers.
  • Assessing and reporting churn risk for all customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engaging internal experts to meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining high customer engagement to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of customers.
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
  • Commercial experience and business acumen.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working with set KPIs and targets.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
