Role Overview:
The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in driving business outcomes and achieving success for CatalystOne Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers across various industries and company sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively managing a portfolio of customers.
- Leading strategic stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Developing and executing success plans in collaboration with customers.
- Assessing and reporting churn risk for all customers.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Engaging internal experts to meet customer needs.
- Maintaining high customer engagement to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of customers.
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
- Commercial experience and business acumen.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with set KPIs and targets.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
