Customer Success Manager

CatalystOne Solutions seeks a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. Our Customer Success Team spans the Scandinavian countries and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers, advocating their needs internally, and collaborating with HR and IT departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of customers across various industries and company sizes.
  • Lead strategic stakeholders within HR, IT, and other relevant areas to achieve business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute success plans in collaboration with customers, including forecasting and predicting customer growth.
  • Assess and report churn risk for all customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, services packages, and stand-alone services.
  • Engage internal experts to meet customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain high customer engagement to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of customers.
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
  • Commercial experience and business acumen.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working with set KPIs and targets.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
