Customer Success Manager Professional

CatalystOne Solutions seeks a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. Our Customer Success Team spans the Scandinavian countries and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers, advocating their needs internally, and collaborating with HR and IT departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers across various industries and company sizes.
- Lead strategic stakeholders within HR, IT, and other relevant areas to achieve business outcomes.
- Develop and execute success plans in collaboration with customers, including forecasting and predicting customer growth.
- Assess and report churn risk for all customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, services packages, and stand-alone services.
- Engage internal experts to meet customer needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain high customer engagement to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of customers.
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
- Commercial experience and business acumen.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with set KPIs and targets.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
