We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth through strong, value-driven partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized account management to customers in the Stockholm area.
- Identify customer needs and align solutions from our extensive value proposition.
- Develop long-term partnerships through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven experience in sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of MRO, OEM and/or mechanical, electronic product knowledge and industry awareness.
- Fluent Swedish and communicative English.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change.
