As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to manage inbound customer issues, drive improvement initiatives, and achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Interactions: You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve their concerns, and take ownership of each interaction.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: You'll work closely with colleagues to drive improvement initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: We're looking for someone with previous experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
  • Basic Knowledge of Financial Products: A basic understanding of financial products is essential for this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective customer interactions.
  • Proven Track Record: You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English: Fluency in both languages is required, as it's our primary business language.
