As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for GANT's customers in Central Europe markets. You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in German language, and experience in customer-facing roles or digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include providing accurate information about products, services, and loyalty programs, resolving customer complaints, and escalating complex issues to the relevant teams. You will work closely with the E-Commerce teams and Customer Service Manager to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company with a presence in over 70 markets and 600 stores.
