About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as Sales Operations Manager Nordic Markets, reporting directly to the Regional Aftersales Manager Commercial Vehicles.

In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Nordics. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, ensuring timely follow-up on operational and management issues, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders within BYD Europe.

As a critical member of our team, you will contribute to Customer Relationship Management, Internal Coordination, Project Management, and Sales Support. Key responsibilities include regular contact with major stakeholders, proactive issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Your profile should include experience in sales operations or a related field, proven leadership skills, and strong analytical capabilities. Familiarity with electric mobility and technical knowledge will be an asset, as will excellent communication and negotiation skills.
