Regional Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the Nordic markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland). As a key member of our central marketing organization, you will develop and execute a local marketing plan that drives new business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Local Marketing Strategy: Identify and segment the target audience in the Nordic region and develop marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage with them.
  • Broaden Company Brand Image: Ensure that the company's brand image and reputation in the Nordics resonates with the local culture, values, and is consistent across all marketing channels.
  • Drive Sales Pipeline: Partner with sales teams to drive sales pipeline and revenue through regional marketing activities using on and offline channels for different business segments.
  • Execute Marketing Programs: Own the overall responsibility for planning and executing a multitude of marketing programs using the right mix of digital marketing, inbound and outbound marketing activities, e.g. content marketing, local events (e.g. conferences, webinars, online Meetup/Round Table).
  • Analyze Marketing Activities: Utilize the central MKT KPI dashboard to track, measure, report and improve ROI on a continuous basis.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.

About You:

  • You hold a degree in Marketing or equivalent through experience.
  • You have 6-10 years of experience in a regional marketing role, preferably in a BtoB and fast-moving IT international environment.
  • You have advanced knowledge of digital marketing.
  • You are well-organized, able to manage multiple projects, and flexible.
  • You have drive, ambition, and a high-quality bar.
  • You can function with confidence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You are data-driven and have a growth marketing mindset.
  • You view marketing and sales as essential partners in growth.
  • You have abilities for understanding a technical environment and technical solutions.
  • You are strategic and hands-on.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus.
