Job Description

The role of Financial Service Representative involves supporting Danish customers via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer errands, take full ownership of the resolution, and drive customer satisfaction through excellent service. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to drive improvements and contribute to new routines and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer errands via phone, chat, and email.
  • Take full ownership of the resolution and the customer-facing contact.
  • Contact customers to help find solutions to late invoices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
  • Fluent in both oral and written Danish and English.
  • Experience from previous fintech and/or fast-growing companies is a plus.
