Customer Success Manager Lead

At Teamtailor, we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Spanish/English Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with our Spanish/EU clients.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for implementing and onboarding new customers, helping them get the most out of Teamtailor, and working as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and onboarding new customers.
- Helping customers use Teamtailor to its full potential, including integrations in our marketplace, best practices, and training opportunities.
- Working as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for our customers.
- Working proactively with renewals.
- Building strong relationships with our customers.
- Finding new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers.
- Tracking customers' accounts to identify churn risk and working actively to prevent it.
- Collecting and analyzing customers' feedback and presenting it internally.
