PubMatic, Inc. is a leading technology company that maximizes customer value by delivering the future of digital advertising's supply chain.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will support our extensive Publisher base across the Nordics, developing strategic partnerships with Tier-1 Publishers to grow their digital advertising business, focusing on the programmatic revenue opportunity.

This role involves closely consulting with key strategic and tactical contacts through long-term relationship development and a deep understanding of PubMatic's product offerings and the market.

The successful candidate will have quarterly top-line revenue targets and be responsible for ensuring PubMatic exceeds the Publisher expectations while protecting their brand.

Critical skills include managing a portfolio of Tier-1 and high-potential Publishing businesses, leveraging analytical skills and knowledge of the programmatic marketplace to influence advertising strategy and execution towards 'programmatic-first.'

The ideal candidate will also develop an understanding of technical aspects of ad serving and SSP functionality, including managing account setups and maintaining accounts on the PubMatic system.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Tier-1 and high-potential Publishing businesses
  • Leverage analytical skills and knowledge of the programmatic marketplace
  • Develop an understanding of technical aspects of ad serving and SSP functionality
  • Ensure on-time execution of technical integrations and deliver service excellence during implementation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized implementation plans and define business goals, key strategies, and success metrics

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing service roles, such as consulting or customer success and a high degree of commercial understanding
  • Prior digital advertising or programmatic ad tech experience
  • Proven success managing Tier-1 publishers and influencing decision-makers' perspectives
  • Experience working with high-growth clients
  • Knowledge of RTB/PMP, ad networks, and header bidding/wrapper; familiarity with various ad formats and platforms is a plus
