Publisher Business Development Lead

PubMatic, Inc. is a forward-thinking technology company that delivers the future of digital advertising's supply chain.
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Tier-1 and high-potential Publishing businesses, developing strategic partnerships with Tier-1 Publishers to grow their digital advertising business, focusing on the programmatic revenue opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the programmatic marketplace and be able to leverage analytical skills to influence advertising strategy and execution towards 'programmatic-first.'
This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized implementation plans and define business goals, key strategies, and success metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Tier-1 and high-potential Publishing businesses
- Leverage analytical skills and knowledge of the programmatic marketplace to influence advertising strategy and execution towards 'programmatic-first.'
- Develop an understanding of technical aspects of ad serving and SSP functionality, including managing account setups and maintaining accounts on the PubMatic system
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing service roles, such as consulting or customer success and a high degree of commercial understanding
- Prior digital advertising or programmatic ad tech experience
- Proven success managing Tier-1 publishers and influencing decision-makers' perspectives
- Experience working with high-growth clients
