About the Role
At TN Sweden, we're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Private Equity sector focus group, you will work closely with our global account strategy team to drive sales activity and bring in new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include conducting prospecting and lead generation activities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and effective negotiation abilities. A university degree in economics, business, or sales is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy in the professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales activity and act as a 'hunter' to bring in new business opportunities.
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with sales teams in other cities to develop innovative sales strategies.
- A university degree in economics, business, or sales.
- Experience in the industry, preferably with one of the Big Four companies.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy in the professional services sector.
- Experience in Private Equity is an advantage.
- Strong team selling and project management skills.
- Fluency in English, with Swedish language skills an asset.
