We are seeking a Business Development Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth, profitability, and budgets of assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely budget reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management:
    • You will own and manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • You will act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services, building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Business Coordination:
    • You will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Account Performance Tracking:
    • You will forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual performance, ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years of account management experience is required.
    • At least 2 years of project management experience is also necessary.
    • Previous management experience is highly valued.
  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • The ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently is crucial.
    • A business development mindset with a creative approach to finding win-win solutions is necessary.
    • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
